Shishito Peppers With Garlic and Soy Sauce

  • 2 1/2 cups shishito peppers whole
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup yoshida's sauce
  • 2 TBSP. fresh garlic minced


  • Add the peppers into a cast iron skillet with all of the ingredients.
  • Then cook the shishito peppers in a skillet over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the peppers are soft and blistered up.
  • After they are done cooking serve them hot and enjoy!
