Caramel Apple Dip With Cream Cheese and Toffee Bits
This caramel apple dip is the perfect dish to bring to holiday gatherings or to make when you're craving the delicious combination of apples and caramel!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) bricks of cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 16.6 oz. jar of Mrs. Richardson's caramel (regular or butterscotch)
- 1 8 oz. bag of Heath toffee bits
- 7-10 Granny Smith apples for dipping with
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Then spread the cream cheese mixture onto a serving dish and top with the caramel sauce.
- Lastly, sprinkle with toffee bits.
- Serve at room temperature so that the cream cheese is soft to dip the apples into.
