Grape Salad with Sweet Cream Cheese and Pecans
This easy grape salad is the perfect side dish or dessert! The sweet cream cheese mixture pairs perfectly with the green grapes and the chopped pecans add a delicious crunch.

5 cups green grapes 1 cup cream cheese softened 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans finely chooped
Remove 5 cups of green grapes from the stem and set them aside in a bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl use an electric hand mixer and beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Use a hand spatula and mix the chopped pecans into the cream cheese. Then gently mix the grapes into the cream cheese mixture and stir until the grapes are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
