Ingredients
1/4CupSugar
1/4CupCocoa PowderDutch Cocoa Powder tastes best, but any will taste good.
1/2CupMilk Chocolate Chips
1/2tsp.Vanilla
4CupsMilk
Instructions
Heat your milk, sugar, and cocoa powder on the stove over medium heat and whisk until well combined.
Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a simmer, then add in your vanilla and chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Serve immediately into a mug and top with whipped cream or marshmallows!
