POLICIES FOR THE TRAILBLAZER’S TRIBE MEMBERSHIP

The Trailblazer’s Tribe Membership (“TT Membership”) is a paid membership group. The TT Membership is hosted in Mighty Networks and content is housed inside of the Mighty Networks platform. 

The membership content in Mighty Networks is available on an ongoing basis to all active members. Audrey’s Little Farm has the right to add and remove content from Mighty Networks at its discretion without notice.

You will be required to select a payment plan and provide Audrey’s Little Farm third-party payment provider with information regarding your credit card or another payment instrument. You represent and warrant to Audrey’s Little Farm that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your User Account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay Audrey’s Little Farm the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and these Terms of Use. You hereby authorize Audrey’s Little Farm to bill your payment instrument in advance in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your User Account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred.

Members will be charged a Monthly Fee, Quarterly Fee, or Annual Fee, which you may choose at the time of purchase. Please refer to your invoice for the amount of the Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Fee you will be charged.  Each Monthly Fee will be charged to you each month on the day of the month of which you purchased, each Quarterly Fee will be charged to you every three months on the day of the month of which you purchased and each Annual Fee will be charged to you every twelve months on the day of the month of which you purchased. Such fees will be charged to you until you cancel the TT Membership. You agree to pay Audrey’s Little Farm recurring payments for the Monthly Fee, Quarterly Fee, or Annual Fee, as selected, for the TT Membership. You hereby authorize Audrey’s Little Farm to bill your payment instrument in advance in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate the TT Membership, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred.

Your TT Membership will automatically renew each month, three-month, or twelve-month period, depending on the payment plan you have selected. It is your responsibility to cancel the TT Membership prior to renewal. Do not email Audrey at Audrey’s Little Farm to cancel your membership, you are responsible for canceling your own membership through ThriveCart. Please note that deleting your account with Mighty Networks will not cancel your membership. If you are participating in a free trial you will be automatically charged the amount chosen at checkout when the free trial ends.

You may cancel the TT Membership at any time. In order to terminate the TT Membership, please follow these instructions. The TT Membership must be terminated prior to billing to avoid the next regularly scheduled payment. If a member cancels a TT Membership, they will forfeit their current rate and any subsequent TT Membership will only be available at the rate at which the TT Membership is being offered at the time of the subsequent membership. If a free trial is offered, past members will not be able to participate in the free trial if they rejoin the TT Membership in the future.

If you enrolled in the Annual membership and wish to cancel, no refund will be given upon cancellation. You will need to contact Audrey’s Little Farm at [email protected] to reinstate your access to the TT Membership until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you dispute any charges, you must let Audrey’s Little Farm know within sixty (60) days after the date that Audrey’s Little Farm charges you. Audrey’s Little Farm reserves the right to change the price of the TT Membership. Your continued use of the TT Membership after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. If you were grandfathered into a founding member’s price you will not be charged the updated TT Membership price. Access will be revoked to the TT Membership if you choose a payment plan or subscription and do not complete the payments on schedule.

Audrey’s Little Farm is not liable for nor does Audrey’s Little Farm endorse the information shared amongst community members in the TT Membership Group. Access to the TT Membership may be revoked at any time by Audrey’s Little Farm if community guidelines are not followed.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the TT Membership Group.  You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant, is done solely at your own risk. Audrey’s Little Farm disclaims any and all liability for any interactions between participants and you expressly hold Audrey’s Little Farm harmless for any such interaction.

All TT Membership content is for individual use only. You may not share or sell any information or content to any third parties.
