Caramel Apple Dip With Cream Cheese and Toffee Bits

This sweet cream cheese dip topped with caramel and toffee bits is the perfect dish to bring to holiday gatherings or to make when you're craving something sweet! Each bite with a crisp apple slice is amazing!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) bricks of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 16.6 oz. jar of Mrs. Richardson's Caramel regular or butterscotch
  • 1 8 oz. bag of Heath Toffee Bits or chopped up Heath Candy Bars
  • 7-10 Granny Smith Apples for dipping with

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Then spread the cream cheese mixture onto a serving dish and top with the caramel sauce.
  • Lastly, sprinkle with toffee bits.
  • Serve at room temperature so that the cream cheese is soft to dip the apples into.
