I’m sure by now you’ve heard of “keto.” It’s pretty popular and actually a pretty amazing lifestyle.
I don’t even like to call it a “diet” because it’s really a healthier lifestyle no matter how strict you want to be. Cutting down on sugar and carbs is always a great thing.
I always think back to the old days when diets consisted of “real” food: Eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables, etc. And most importantly no processed food.
And people were healthy!
Which to me makes perfect sense because those are all of the foods that God intended for us to eat so there’s no way they’re bad for you.
But I’m not here to sway you to or to not be keto, I’m here to share an amazing cookie recipe that even the non-keto person will love!
Now don’t get me wrong, I still love original homemade chocolate chip cookies, but this keto recipe is so close to the real thing you almost wouldn’t know!
